Current Week of Required Material
June 1st through June 5th (PDF of the week)
Ms. Holstad and I are here for you in any way that we can. At any point of the week, please send your questions, comments, or concerns to both of us. The office hours are when we will be at our email consistently, but we will also be checking our emails periodically outside the office hour times. If the students do not have a printer or do not want to print out assignments or activities, it is completely reasonable to do the assignments on regular paper. Your assignments are still on the online book and the steps are the same. If you need a refresher, just click here. If you would like more videos and resources on the topic please visit Ms. Holstad’s website

Dear Students and Guardians,
I wanted to let you know about some optional online learning opportunities that will be available during our long break. Starting Monday, March 23rd, a weekly module of learning activities will be posted on the course calendar.
These learning activities are entirely optional but strongly encouraged. There are several goals students should achieve by engaging in these activities: keep math skills fresh so a transition back to school goes smoothly, prepare for college entrance exams like the SAT, and deepen prior knowledge of critical math skills. Students do NOT need to turn in any work since these activities are not graded. I will email you a reminder each Monday when a new learning module is available. Each module will have corresponding dates only to help families adopt a weekly routine. The content will still be available outside of the dates listed, so there is flexibility to accommodate your family’s schedule.
The only other thing that students can do at this point that would be graded is complete any missing work from before school was dismissed for Semester 2. You can find active links to any worksheets that students may need on the course calendar on Mrs. Fox’s website or skyward. If students submit missing work, they can attach pictures of all sides of an assignment to an email. To get maximum credit, all problems should be complete and properly labeled.
I hope your family is able to stay safe and healthy during this uncertain time. If you are in need of any resources our district can offer but aren’t sure how to find them, you can email either or both Mrs. Fox and/or Ms. Holstad at [email protected] and/or [email protected] and we will do our best to help you problem solve.
Sincerely,
Mrs. Fox and Ms. Holstad
